酒店位置很好，購物出行都很方便，好幾輛藍鳥出租車等著接客，可以還價。附近有中餐大排檔，過街有印尼當地各種小吃，非常便宜，口味接近中餐。中午12點必須退房不近人情，前台小姐姐態度十分冷峻。

Location nearby Kota Tua , easy to get Grab car hiring. Room is clean and comfortable. But need to ensure the air conditioning is working, I did change one time for room as it’s air conditioning not working properly.

The hotel is located in the north of Jakarta. It was a quick 訂房網站 from the airport. The laundry service worked very well. A little expensive, but very clean. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and extensive. A mix of Western and Indonesian. Depending on who was at the reception desk, the service was friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel was very crowded, and the staff were not always super friendly, especially the ladies. Unfortunately, the toilet in my room was broken. So I had to move on the second night. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of feces. When I went to the reception desk at 10 p.m., I had to wait forever because the receptionist was busy with other guests. Only when the manager arrived was I able to change rooms and get an upgrade. Thank you very much for that. You can use the Novotel pool. However, your room cards won't work there. You'll need to ask a staff member for assistance. Move something around
